Job description
- Search accounts using internal systems
- Answer incoming calls
- Research and open new ticket inquiries
- Receives and responds to internal and external customer service inquiries via e-mail and platform
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) , mainframe systems, and Outlook
- Resolving member request within specified timeframes
- Able to perform research with internal and external customer information
- Manage multiple priorities, excellent multi-task managing skills to achieve service level agreements - excellent problem solving skills
- Previous concierge experience
- Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and highly organized
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Scheduling flexibility and ability to think outside the box
Must be fully bilingual in english and spanish. Additional languages such as French, Italian, Chinese, Malay, Portuguese, and German is a plus.
