Job description
  • Search accounts using internal systems
  • Answer incoming calls 
  • Research and open new ticket inquiries 
  • Receives and responds to internal and external customer service inquiries via e-mail and platform 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) , mainframe systems, and Outlook
  • Resolving member  request within specified timeframes
  • Able to perform research with internal and external customer information
  • Manage multiple priorities, excellent multi-task managing skills to achieve service level agreements - excellent problem solving skills
  •  Previous concierge experience
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
  • Scheduling flexibility and ability to think outside the box

Must be fully bilingual in english and spanish. Additional languages such as French, Italian, Chinese, Malay, Portuguese, and German is a plus.
